    Issues arose right from check-in. There were no beach towels provided, forcing us to use our room towels. The dining experience fell short as dinner had stale bread and the menu was overly complicated for what it offered. There were also maintenance works going on , causing unavoidable noise. Plus, we were caught off guard by a loud party that took over the pool area. With the price we paid, we expected more attention to the guest experience rather than hospitality suited for the party scene, especially at an adults-only hotel. Charging for juice at breakfast feels out of place.

    I recommend the place. The food was incredible. My room included an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV. The staff was really helpful from my arrival up until I left. The hotel's position was unbeatable, in the middle of the city.

    The service here is out of this world! Cold towels and fresh coconuts greeted me. The meals were a gastronomic delight, and the gorgeous view from my Suite with Sea View made each meal more enjoyable. I even tried the yoga classes, both relaxing and invigorating. Staff like Alain were really good too ensure my stay was nice!

    Every sunset here was like a scene straight from a movie, just amazing! The staff was so friendly, like family really. They even set up a spontaneous romantic dinner for us by the pool, unexpected but lovely.

    It wasn't exactly cheap , but honestly, the experience made it worth it.

    The beachfront location at casa joseph zicatela was fine. Our room had a perfect modern/boho design and was spotlessly clean. The staff were nice and attentive to our needs. The horseback riding on the beach was a highlight for us and enhanced our stay.
